Terms & Conditions

General Provisions
  1. The provisions contained in these Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. It is the responsibility of any person seeking to rely on these Terms & Conditions to ensure that they are making reference to the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions by visiting the BBET Platform.
  2. Where they appear in the Terms & Conditions, the following terms and expressions have the meaning attributed to them in this Clause:
    1. "Customer" or "Customer Account" means a registered holder of a BBET Customer Account.
    2. "Customer Credentials" means your BBET User ID and access password.
    3. "Rules" means any rules from time to time propagated by BBET in respect of the BBET Platform and its use included in the Terms & Conditions.
    4. "BBET Platform" means our wagering website and mobile applications located at Bbet.com.au
  3. Any references to "you" or "your" in these Terms & Conditions is a reference to a BBET Customer.
  4. Any references to "we", "us" or "our" in these Terms & Conditions is a reference to BBET.
  5. By opening a BBET Customer Account, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out hereunder.
  6. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the Laws of the State of New South Wales and, in the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, BBET and the Customer irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
  7. You agree that it is your responsibility to pay any tax or duty imposed on you by any competent authority in connection with your wagering activity.
About Bbet
  1. Bbet is the trading name of Bbet (Behrmann) Pty Ltd, ACN 117 196 601.
  2. You agree that BBET offers a wagering service whereby Customers have the ability to place a bet with the possibilities of a win or a loss.
  3. BBET is licensed by Racing New South Wales and regulated by the New South Wales Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing (OLGR) to accept wagers via the BBET Platform 24 hours a day.
Customer Identification 
  1. Identity Verification Requirements
    1. Under Australian law including the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) and the Australian Rules of Racing, you are required to verify your identify in order to use your BBET Customer Account.
    2. BBET requires that all Customers successfully verify their identity by the earlier of:
      1. Fourteen (14) days of opening their Customer Account; or
      2. Withdrawing any funds from their Customer Account.
    3. If you have not successfully verified your identity by the time set out in the preceding Clause your BBET Customer Account will be suspended indefinitely during which period you will not be able to access wagering functionality or perform any banking functions. Please note that any wagering transactions successfully placed prior to the suspension of your BBET Customer Account will stand.
    4. In order to verify your identity, you may be required to provide additional information or upload documentation including, without limitation:
      1. A current Australian Driver's Licence; or
      2. A current Australian Passport; and
      3. A utility bill, no more than three (3) months old, on which the name and address used for registration of the Customer Account is prominently displayed.
    5. If you are required to provide additional documentation in accordance with the preceding Clause, you may also be required to provide originals or certified copies where necessary.
  2. Third-Party Identity Verification Services
    1. BBET may engage a third-party to provide identity verification services in order to more efficiently and comprehensively verify the identity of BBET Customers.
    2. Your personal information may be supplied to any third-party engaged by BBET to provide identity verification services.
    3. The process of verifying your identity may involve checking your personal information against third-party and government databases and/or credit headers.
Customer Responsibility
  1. Customer Information
    1. You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information in your BBET Customer Account is kept current. You must notify us immediately if any of your personal information changes.
    2. You agree that, by opening a BBET Customer Account, we may use your personal contact information (including your phone number and your emailing and mailing addresses) to keep you informed about BBET products, promotions, services and events from time to time.
    3. Except as required by law, we confirm that we will not sell or distribute your personal information to any third-party without your prior consent. There are limited circumstances where we may be required to provide a third-party with access to your personal information including, without limitation, where a regulatory authority or sports controlling body requests said access for the purposes of an investigation or as part of an integrity protocol. In the event that we are required to provide a third-party with access to your personal information, we will only provide said access to the extent necessary to comply with the request or demand of the relevant regulatory authority or sports controlling body.
  2. Customer Credentials
    1. You are responsible for ensuring that your Customer Credentials are kept confidential. If you suspect that the confidentiality or security of your Customer Credentials have been compromised, you should notify BBET immediately.
    2. You are able to update your password via the BBET website, or via Customer Support email provided your identity is able to be verified by the BBET Customer Support team.
    3. If you have updated your password, BBET reserves the right to reject or invalidate any subsequent transaction made or attempted to be made using your former Customer Credentials.
  3. Activity in Customer Account
    1. You will be responsible for any and all activity in your BBET Customer Account.
    2. Any wagers submitted via the Internet using a BBET Customer Account will be deemed to have been validly submitted by the relevant Customer and, once accepted, may not be modified, cancelled or voided except at the sole and absolute discretion of BBET Management.
    3. You will not attempt to use the BBET Platform to deliberately transfer money from one Customer Account to another by attempting to match the bets of another Customer Account holder through collusion.
  4. Errors and Miscalculations
    1. BBET reserves the right to annul, void or reverse any transaction subject to any error or miscalculation.
    2. You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any error or miscalculation in the processing or settling of any transaction in your BBET Customer Account.
Customer Conduct
  1. Creation of Accounts
    1. In order to open a BBET Customer Account, you must be aged eighteen (18) years or above.
    2. You must not open, or attempt to open, a BBET Customer Account using another person's identity or personal information.
    3. You must not access, operate or use, or attempt to access, operate or use, another person's BBet Customer Account.
    4. We may, in our sole and absolute discretion, impose any limits or conditions on any Customer Account that has been opened on a device or network that is shared (including within a particular residential address) or otherwise unsecured.
    5. Except where expressly authorised by BBET Management, you may not have more than one (1) BBet Customer Account.
    6. If we discover that more than one (1) Customer Account has been opened on your behalf, we will immediately close the additional Customer Accounts and, if at that time your first-opened Customer Account is:
      1. Open and unrestricted, we will transfer any funds in said account or accounts, as well as any eligible pending transactions, to the first-opened Customer Account.
      2. Closed or restricted owing to your self-exclusion, your first-opened Customer Account will be permanently closed, any pending bets in the additional account or accounts will be immediately voided, and any funds in any of your Customer Accounts will be refunded to you.
  2. Use of your Customer Account
    1. Your Customer Account is for your personal use only. You must not permit another person to access your Customer Account nor use your Customer Account on behalf of, or for the benefit of, another person or persons.
    2. You will not in any way disguise, interfere with, or prevent or inhibit us from identifying, the IP address of the device you are using to access the BBET Platform.
    3. You will not make offensive or potentially defamatory or inflammatory remarks in connection with the BBET Platform.
    4. You will not be abusive or threatening towards BBet staff in all of your dealings and communications with BBet.
  3. Breach of BBET Rules
    1. If we believe that you have breached the BBET Rules, or otherwise observe unusual, improper or suspicious activity in your Customer Account, we may, in our sole and absolute discretion, do one or a combination of the following:
      1. Suspend or close your Customer Account (either temporarily or permanently);
      2. Impose restrictions on your Customer Account including preventing you from accessing said account or otherwise limiting or withdrawing certain functionality such as banking or wagering;
      3. Require you to complete an account rectification and/or re-activation process;
      4. Require you to provide any information necessary for us to conduct any inquiries necessary in order to verify your compliance with the BBET Rules (regardless of whether you have previously provided such information) including, for example a statutory declaration regarding prior conduct, identification information, an undertaking regarding future conduct, or an authority to verify certain information with your financial institution; or
      5. Cancel, void or reverse any bets or transactions which were completed in contravention of the BBET Rules (and, in such an event, any winning funds will be forfeited to, and retained by, BBET without any liability on our part).
Deposits and Withdrawals
  1. Deposits
    1. You are able to fund your Customer Account by the following means:
      1. Credit/Debit Card;
      2. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT);
      3. POLi Payments;
      4. BPAY; or
      5. Bank Deposit.
    2. BBET reserves the right to remove or restrict a Customer's access to the abovementioned payment methods for Customers who reside outside of Australia.
    3. If you use a Credit/Debit Card to fund your account, we may require that you provide us with a legible copy of the front and back of the relevant Card. When sending a copy of the Card, the middle eight (8) digits of the Card may be redacted for security purposes.
    4. Bank Deposits and BPAY Deposits may take up to 72 hours to be added to an account. 
  2. Withdrawals
    1. All deposited funds must be turned over at least once before they will be able to be withdrawn. For deposits subject to Bonus Credits promotions refer to Section 12.
    2. You must have had your identity successfully verified before your will be able to withdraw funds from your Customer Account.
    3. Withdrawals are processed twice a day. The request cut off time is midnight (AEST), and any withdrawal requests are batch and sent to the bank for processing the following business day morning. Any requests made after midnight (AEST) and up to 3pm on a business day are batch sent to the bank for processing at 4pm (AEST). Requests made on a weekend or Public Holiday are processed the next business day.
    4. At BBET's discretion a withdrawal request can be processed back to the Credit/Debit Card used for deposit and any excess funds will be transferred to the nominated verified bank account.
  3. Transaction Fees
    1. We do not charge our Customers transaction fees in respect of deposits or withdrawals. We note, however, that you may be charged a fee by your financial institution for which it is your responsibility to pay.
Responsible Gambling
  1. BBET does not allow persons under eighteen (18) years of age to open or hold a BBET Customer Account. If your children have access to the device that you use to access any of our wagering channels, we strongly recommend that you install parental control software to prevent them from gaining access and protect them from harm.
  2. BBET does not actively or directly promote its services to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), nor to any Customers or persons who have requested to be removed from mailing or marketing lists or who have self-excluded or suspended.
  3. We use all reasonable endeavours to help our Customers maintain control of their wagering and to protect vulnerable persons from gambling harm. If you are vulnerable to gambling harm or are having difficulty controlling your wagering, we strongly urge you to utilise the Responsible Gambling tools available on the BBET Platform (or by contacting us).
  4. If you are a Customer that has previously self-excluded from BBET, you must not subsequently attempt to open another Customer Account. BBET makes all reasonable efforts to prevent the creation of duplicate Customer Accounts, however, if you are successful in opening a duplicate Customer Account, you accept full responsibility and liability for your actions and for all activity on each of your Customer Accounts including, without limitation, any wagering losses.
Fraud
  1. BBET reserves the right to withhold deposited funds and/or winnings from resulted bets when we believe a Credit/Debit Card has been misused or used fraudulently. Any matters of inappropriate or fraudulent use of any Credit/Debit Card will be reported to the relevant authority. The Customer Account may also be permanently closed.
  2. BBET reserves the right to close the accounts of, and void any or all bets made, by any person, group, or corporation in an attempt to defraud BBET. 
Reserved Rights
  1. We reserve the right to void any or all wagers and/or close the Customer Account of any individual or group attempting to defraud BBET by any means including, without limitation, through the manipulation of the 'Official Prices' or the totalisator pools and associated dividends in any jurisdiction.
  2. We reserve the right to, at any time, refuse any bet (or part of any bet) at our sole and absolute discretion, and without advance notification, subject to the Australian Rules of Racing and the Rules of Racing of Racing New South Wales. Circumstances in which we may refuse a Customer's bet include but are not limited to where the Customer is, or where we reasonably believe the Customer is:
    1. Less than eighteen (18) years of age;
    2. Placing the bet on behalf of a person who is or may be less than eighteen (18) years of age;
    3. Placing the bet on behalf of a person other than the holder of the Customer Account in which the bet is placed;
    4. Using a 'robot' or any other automated process or application to place the bet;
    5. In breach of these Rules;
    6. In breach of any applicable law;
    7. Attempting to take a dividend that has changed since the bet was submitted; and
    8. Attempting to place a wager on an event that has closed.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any bet where that bet was placed at a dividend which is objectively in error including, without limitation, where there is a misplaced decimal point or a match posted with the wrong favourite. In the event that we do elect to cancel such a bet or bets, we will use our best endeavours to notify affected Customers of the cancellation of their bets by email and/or telephone prior to the commencement of the event, however, any failure to do so will not prejudice our right to cancel the bet.
  4. We reserve the right to restrict a Customer from accessing or withdrawing deposited or accrued funds, and to withhold winnings in respect of successful wagers, where we reasonably suspect that the Customer account has been unlawfully funded including via the misuse or fraudulent use of a Credit/Debit Card. In such circumstances, BBET further reserves the right to report the suspicious banking activity, and the details of the perpetrator, to any relevant authority, and to thereafter temporarily suspend or permanently close the relevant Customer Account/s.
Liability
  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBET excludes all warranties (express or implied) relating to its wagering business and shall not have any liability for direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage, expense or injury suffered by any Customer.
  2. Without prejudice to any other Rule, the maximum aggregated liability of BBET in respect of any liability arising under or in connection with these Rules, howsoever arising (including by way of contract and/or under an indemnity in tort including negligence or any other theory of law) shall be limited to the total amount of the wager giving rise to the dispute.
General Wagering Management
  1. Placement and Acceptance of Wagers
    1. All wagers placed with BBET are taken to be placed and accepted in the State of New South Wales notwithstanding the location of the Customer at the time of submitting a bet request.
    2. Event dates and start times as published by BBET are indicative only. Wagers will only be accepted on an event until the earlier of:
      1. The advertised start time of the event;
      2. The actual start time of the event; and
      3. Any other time for the closure of betting as specified by BBET.
    3. BBET reserves the right to cancel any bet that has been submitted in bad faith after the commencement of the relevant event.
  2. Internet Betting
    1. Where a Customer has submitted a bet request via the Internet on any of our online wagering channels, said bet is taken to be accepted upon receipt of the confirmation (and accompanying 'Ticket Number') by the Customer.
  3. Modification and/or Cancellation of Bets
    1. Customers are responsible for all activity in their BBET Customer Account and for the security of their BBET Customer Account access credentials.
    2. Any wagers submitted via the Internet using a BBET Customer Account, will be deemed to have been validly submitted by the relevant Customer and, once accepted, may not be modified, cancelled or voided except at the sole and absolute discretion of BBET Management.
    3. For the avoidance of doubt, BBET Management will not agree to the modification, cancellation or voiding of a standing wager after the commencement of any event to which the relevant wager relates.
Bonus Credits
  1. Where a Customer is offered a Bonus Credit by BBET and the Customer is required to make a deposit to claim the Bonus Credit, the Customer must turnover (wager) the value of their qualifying deposit at odds of $2.00 or greater on racing or sports at odds of $2.00 or greater before any withdrawals can be made. 'Special' markets e.g. $2 lines do not count towards turnover. 'Multi-Leg' and 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets do not count towards turnover unless one of the legs is at $2.00 odds or greater.
  2. Additional Rules may apply to a particular promotion or offer. By accessing the promotion or offer you accept those Rules.  
  3. First Deposit Match Bonus is capped at $150.00 in Bonus Credits. 
  4. Bonus Credit maximum stake is $250.00 and can be used on Australian racing only; including thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing. For avoidance of doubt, Bonus Credits can not be used on sport, 'Multi-Leg' and 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets. 
  5. Bonus Credits are valid for seven (7) days from time of issue. 
  6. If a Customer Account is closed and turnover requirements are not met the Bonus Credit applied will be deducted from the withdrawable balance. 
  7. For any offer that dictates a Bonus Credit for Customer Accounts with less than a set balance, a withdrawal cannot be made after that offer is sent to qualify. If a Customer has a pending withdrawal, the Bonus Credit offer is voided. 
  8. Deposit match Bonus Credit codes can only be used once and must be applied before or at the time of a Customer's deposit. Bonus Credits will not be applied to a Customer Account manually. 
  9. Wagers on any Money Back Bonus promotional offers are capped at the advertised amount. Stakes exceeding the advertised amount will only qualify for the advertised amount of the offer. Only the first bet in the event will qualify for Money Back Bonus promotional offer.
  10. B-Boost can not be used in conjunction with Money Back promotional offers. 
  11. If we believe the Bonus Credit system is being abused, BBET may at their discretion remove these privileges.
  12. BBET reserves the right to revoke a Bonus Credit and refund the remaining balance should a Customer Account holder be in breach of the Rules.
  13. Residents of South Australia and Western Australia are excluded from Bonus Credit offers and promotions. 
Special Markets
  1. 'Special' markets are available for one account per household and one IP address.
  2. Wagers on 'Special' markets are capped at the advertised amount. Stakes exceeding the advertised amount do not qualify for the offer. Only the first bet in the 'Special' market will qualify.
  3. If we believe the 'Special' market system is being abused, BBET may at their discretion remove these privileges.
  4. Residents of South Australia and Western Australia are excluded from 'Special' market promotions.
Racing (Thoroughbreds / Harness / Greyhounds)
  1. Racing Wagering Products
    1. BBET may offer the following Wagering Products on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing:
      Best Tote Plus SPThe Customer will receive the greater of:
      1. The highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB; and
      2. The 'Official Starting Price'.
      For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best Tote + SP' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
      Best of 3 TotesThe Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB.

      For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 3 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
      Best of 2 TotesThe Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB and the New South Wales TAB.

      For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Best of 2 Totes' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
      Win & Place Tote +5%The Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB plus an additional 5% of the amount profit generated by the wager.
      Middle ToteThe Customer will receive the median dividend declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB.
      Fixed OddsThe Customer will receive the dividend available and taken at the time of bet placement. 'Fixed Odds (Win)' and 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends are not subject to fluctuation after acceptance of the wager.

      Fixed Win & Place odds are available on the BBet website and once confirmed are not subject to fluctuation.

      For 'Each-Way' wagers placed on the 'Fixed Odds' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at 'Middle Tote'.
      Top FluctuationThe Customer will receive the highest dividend forming part of the Official Price Fluctuations as posted by the racing authority of the State in which the race is being run.
      Multi-Leg BetsA 'Multi-Leg' bet (or accumulator) is the combination of two or more bets into a single wager. The dividend of a 'Multi-Leg' bet is derived by multiplying the dividends of each of the individual bets comprising the 'Multi-Leg' bet.

      'Multi-Leg' bets may not contain any interdependent legs.
      BBET accepts 'Multi-Leg' bets of up to ten (10) legs, with a maximum dividend of $1,001.00.
      The maximum payout on any 'Multi-Leg' bet at BBET is $20,000.00.
      ExoticsBBET may offer the following Racing exotic bet types:
      1. Quinella
      2. Exacta
      3. Trifecta
      4. First Four; and
      5. Quadrella (Quaddie).
      For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB.
      QuinellaA Quinella is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second, irrespective of the specific order in which those runners finished.
      ExactaAn exacta is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second in the correct order.
      TrifectaA Trifecta is when the Customer has predicted the three runners that placed first, second and third in the correct order.
      First FourA First Four is when the Customer has predicted the four runners that placed first, second, third and fourth in the correct order.
      Quadrella (Quaddie)A Quadrella (or 'Quaddie') is when the Customer has predicted the winners of the four races designated by the Victorian TAB as forming part of the Quadrella.
  2. Abandonments and Relocations
    1. If a race meeting is abandoned or postponed for any reason whatsoever, BBET may, at its sole and absolute discretion and without regard to the actions or announcements of any TAB, racing authority or other wagering operator, void any standing single and exotic wagers on the abandoned or postponed meeting and refund the amount of those wagers to the Customer.
    2. Where BBET has elected to void single and exotic wagers pursuant to these Rules, the payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated excluding any voided leg or legs.
    3. If a race meeting is merely transferred from one location to another, the original wagering Rule and limits will apply to that meeting as if it were never transferred.
  3. Scratchings and Final Acceptances
    1. If a runner is scratched following final acceptances and/or the declaration of the final field:
      1. All wagers that were placed on that runner after the declaration of the final field will be refunded to the Customer;
      2. All 'Fixed Odds' wagers placed on any runners remaining in the field will be subject to a Deduction calculated in accordance with the BBET Schedule of Deductions (Section 15J).
  4. 'Dead Heat' Rule
    1. In the event of a 'Dead Heat' (i.e. where two or more runners in an event are declared to have finished tied), unless a 'Dead Heat' was an available betting option:
      1. Any 'Fixed Odds' wagers on the tied runners will be paid out at face value divided by the number of runners involved in the 'Dead Heat'; and
      2. Any 'Tote-Based' payouts will be paid out in accordance with the dividends declared by the TABs (which will have been adjusted to account for the 'Dead Heat').
    2. For the avoidance of doubt, for the purposes of the 'Dead Heat' Rule:
      1. 'Top Fluctuation' and the 'Official Starting Price' are deemed to be 'Fixed Odds' wagers; and
      2. Any 'Fixed Odds' component of a 'Tote-Derivative' Wagering Product such as, for example, the Official Starting Price component of a 'Best Tote + SP' wager, shall be calculated as if it were a 'Fixed Odds' wager.
  5. Payout Limits
    1. Unless otherwise agreed or elsewhere stated in writing, the maximum amount that BBET will be obliged to payout to a Customer on any single racing event (notwithstanding the number or amount of wagers placed by that Customer on said event) shall be limited as follows:

      Please Note: All amounts stated in the above table are references to the maximum amount of profit that a Customer can receive in connection with a racing event.
    2. BBET may elect, at its sole and absolute discretion, to pay a Customer more than the maximum prescribed in the table set out in the preceding Clause.
  6. Minimum Bet Limits
    1. Minimum bet limit is $1.00
  7. 'Fixed Odds (Place) ' Betting
    1. Where there are eight (8) or more runners in a given race, 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends shall be paid in respect of the runners that ran first, second and third.
    2. Where there are seven (7), six (6) or five (5) runners in a given race, 'Fixed Odds (Place)' dividends shall be paid only in respect of the runners than ran first and second.
    3. Where there are less than five (5) runners in a given race (including where the field is reduced as a result of late scratchings), all 'Fixed Odds (Place)' wagers (including the 'Place' portion of any 'Each-Way' wagers) will be voided and the amount of the wager will be refunded to the Customer.
  8. 'Tote' and 'Tote-Derivative' Betting
    1. In the event that trading in one or more of the totalisator pools is suspended or interrupted, then BBET reserves the right to postpone the resulting of any wager contingent on any of said totalisator pools until such time as the suspension or interruption is resolved by the relevant totalisator pool.
    2. In the event that one of the Australian TAB's returns an elevated dividend owing to their foregoing of their normal take out (whether for promotional reasons or otherwise), BBET reserves the right to exclude or ignore that elevated dividend for the purposes of calculating the payout of any contingent or affected wager.
    3. If the total amount of any totalisator pool for any product is less than five hundred dollars ($500.00), BBET may, at it sole and absolute discretion, disregard such totalisator pool in the calculation of any tote-derived dividend.
    4. We may place a limit on the payout in respect of any 'Tote' or 'Tote-Derivative' wager such that the dividend at which a Customer's wager is paid will not be more than double the amount of the second-highest dividend declared by the three Australian TABs.
  9. 'Tote-Derivative (Place) ' Betting
    1. 'Tote-Derived (Place)' dividends shall be paid in respect of any runner for which the Victorian TAB declares a place dividend.
    2. Notwithstanding the dividends declared by any TAB, BBET reserves the right to apply a cap on, and downwardly adjust, any 'Tote-Based (Place)' dividend such that the 'Tote-Based (Place)' dividend of a runner does not exceed the 'Tote-Based (Win)' dividend of said runner (as declared by any of the three TABs).

  11. Racing Exotics
    1. For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the lesser amount of either 100% of the Victorian TAB pool or $10,000.00
    2. In the event of a 'Jackpot':
      1. If the Customer has a Unit Stake of greater than 1, the Customer will receive the dividend derived by dividing the amount of the Victorian TAB jackpot by the Customer's Unit Stake; or
      2. If the Customer has a Unit Stake of less than one (1), the Customer will receive the dividend derived by multiplying the amount of the Victorian TAB jackpot by the Customer's Unit Stake.
    3. In the unlikely event that the Victorian TAB is not offering racing exotics in the location in which the Customer's exotic wager is struck, the Customer will receive the lowest of the dividends declared by the New South Wales TAB and Queensland TAB.
    4. In addition to the maximum payouts (Section 15E), BBET reserves the right to further limit the total payout to a Customer in respect of a successful racing exotics wager if the total amount to be paid out to a Customer would exceed the total amount held in the relevant Victorian TAB pool. In such an event, BBET may, acting in its sole and absolute discretion, limit the total payout to Customers to the total amount held in said Victorian TAB pool.
    5. If a runner forming part of a Customer's exotics selections is either scratched or declared a 'non-runner' after the wager is confirmed:
      1. The Customer will receive a refund in respect of every combination that includes the scratched runner; and
      2. The Customer's Unit Stake will be recalculated in light of the removal of the runner and the consequent reduction in exotics combinations comprising the Customer's wager.
  12. Jockey Challenges
    1. Jockey Challenge wagers will be available only on selected meetings and on a 'Win Only' basis.
    2. Jockeys accrue points in the 'Jockey Challenge' on the basis of three points for a winning ride, two points for finishing second, and one point for finishing third. The jockey that accrues the most points will be declared the winner.
    3. In the event that two or more jockeys tie for victory in the Jockey Challenge, the 'Dead Heat' Rule will apply.
    4. Wagers placed on a jockey that does not take part in at least one (1) race in the relevant meeting will be voided and the monies refunded.
    5. In the event that a race meeting, or any race comprising that meeting, is postponed, abandoned or declared a 'no-race' by stewards, all wagers in the Jockey Challenge market will be voided and monies refunded unless at the time of the postponement, abandonment or the first declaration of a 'no-race' a jockey has a wholly unassailable lead in the Jockey Challenge in which event all wagers (both successful and unsuccessful) will be settled as if the meeting had proceeded to completion.
  13. Protest Payout
    1. 'Protest Payout' is available on Australian thoroughbred racing only.
    2. 'Protest Payout' will be applied when the Customer's horse is first past the post, but the result is amended due to an upheld Stewards enquiry. In the event that a protest against the first horse to finish is upheld, Bbet will pay both the interim winner (first past the post) as well as the official winner.  
    3. 'Protest Payout' is valid on Win only bets (Fixed Odds and Tote) and the Win portion of Each Way bets.  Only valid for bets placed on final field markets. Pre-post or futures bets are not eligible for 'Protest Payout.'
    4. 'Protest Payout' does not apply to Special Markets (including, but not limited to Multi Bets, Exotic bets, Bonus Credit bets, and jockey challenge betting.
    5. Maximum 'Protest Payout' is $1,000.00 per Customer per race and $2000.00 per Customer per day.
    6. Only the first bet on an individual runner is eligible for Protest Payout.
    7. For Protest Payouts, the Win dividends will be calculated using the final official dividend displayed on each TAB's website or Fixed price as confirmed by customer in their bet slip.
    8. 'Protest Payout' is at the sole discretion of BBET. 
Athletics
  1. Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or track meet, or is otherwise a non-starter.
  2. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, both competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand. If either of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fail to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be declared 'no-bets' and the amount of the stake will be refunded.
  3. Any competitor that is disqualified from an event due to an infringement (i.e. a false start or doping violation), will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
  4. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of an Athletics event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport''s controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.
Australian Rules Football (AFL)
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sport's controlling body.
  2. In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sport's controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time'.
  3. In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is not played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time and such a tie occurs:
    1. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all Customer bets will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket; and
    2. In the case of 'Margin' betting markets, a 'draw' is always deemed to form part of such markets and accordingly, any Customer bets placed on either team to win by any margin will be deemed losing bets.
  4. If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  5. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than seven (7) days after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  6. In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sport's controlling body.
    2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
  7. In the case of Premiership and related markets:
    1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
    2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
  8. In the case of match betting on a Grand Final that ends in a draw, all Customer bets will be settled at the conclusion of that match and will not be carried over to any subsequent Grand Final replay.
  9. In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
    1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
    2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the 'For and Against Percentage' as declared by sport's controlling body.
  10. In the case of 'Top Victorian Team', 'Top Non-Victorian Team', or other similar markets:
    1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season (i.e. the finals series/playoffs are not taken into account).
    2. If two (2) or more teams finish the home-and-away season with the same number of competition points, the the team with the superior 'For and Against Percentage' (as declared by sport's controlling body) will be declared the winner.
Baseball
  1. A baseball match shall be considered an 'official match' if:
    1. Five (5) innings of play have been completed; or
    2. The home team is leading after the completion of the 'top' of the fifth (5th) inning.
  2. In the case of 'Money Line' betting, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis on the official result of the match as declared by the relevant sport's controlling body.
  3. In the case of 'Run Line' betting, in order for Customer bets to stand:
    1. At least nine (9) innings of play must have been completed; or
    2. The home team must have been leading after the completion of the 'top' of the ninth (9th) inning.
  4. In the case of 'Run Totals' betting, in order for Customer bets to stand:
    1. The Runs Totals threshold must have been exceeded; or
    2. At least nine (9) innings of play must have been completed; or
    3. The home team must have been leading after the completion of the 'top' of the ninth (9th) inning.
  5. Except where a Customer''s bet is on a 'Run Totals' market, if either of the nominated starting pitchers withdraw from the matching before throwing a pitch:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  6. If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  7. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  8. In the case of 'First Half' markets:
    1. The winner will be the team that is leading after the completion of five (5) innings of play;
    2. Five (5) innings must be played to completion in order for Customer bets to stand; and
    3. If the scores are level after the completion of five (5) innings of play, the 'Dead Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket.
  9. In the case of 'First Innings' markets, both teams must complete their respective first innings 'at-bats' in order for Customer bets to stand.
  10. In the case of 'Home vs Away' markets for a given day's play (i.e. 'Home vs Away - Winning Side' or 'Home vs Away - Total Runs' markets), all Customer bets shall be voided;  regardless of whether the 'Total Runs' threshold has been exceeded, if any match on that day is cancelled, postponed or does not otherwise reach its natural conclusion after at least eight and a half (8.5) innings of play have been completed.
  11. In the case of matches that are scheduled for seven (7) innings, or any other period less than nine (9) innings (i.e. the first match in a double-header of the Australian Baseball League) all innings must be completed in order for bets to stand.
Basketball
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sport's controlling body in which the result will include any overtime played unless otherwise expressly stated.
  2. In order for Customer bets to stand, a match must run to the completion of 'normal' time except where overtime is required to be played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, in which event the match must run until the completion of overtime.
  3. If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  4. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Boxing
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the decision of the officially designated judges for the bout.
  2. If a bout is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that bout shall stand.
  3. If a bout is postponed to a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time, the bout will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  4. In the case of a market for which a dividend is offered for the 'draw', all Customer bets on either boxer to win the bout will be losing bets if the bout is declared to be a draw except where the fight is declared a 'technical draw' (e.g. where the referee has determined that a fighter is unable to continue owing to an accidental injury, cut or foul) in which event the bout will be declared a 'no-contest' and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  5. In the case of 'Pick-the-Round' betting, if a boxed fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended during in the previous round.
  6. If the scheduled number of rounds is changed after the market for a fight is opened for betting:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  7. If a round is stopped prior to the official sounding of the bell signifying the end of that round, the round will not be deemed a 'full round' for the purposes of any betting market.
  8. In the case of a 'Totals' (i.e. Over/Under) markets:
    1. The 'Totals' threshold figure represents the number of completed rounds.
    2. Where there is a fractional 'Totals' threshold figure (e.g. "Over/Under 4.5 Rounds"):
      • The half-way point of a three (3) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds of that round has elapsed; and
      • The half-way point of a two (2) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute of that round has elapsed.
Cricket
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the cricket board responsible for the administering/hosting the event or, if the event is privately run, the organisation responsible for administering/hosting the event.
  2. In the case of 'Test Match' cricket:
    1. If the match finishes in a 'Tie' (as opposed to a 'Draw'):
      • All Customer bets on either team to win will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket; and
      • All Customer bets on the 'Draw' will be losing bets.
    2. If a match is officially abandoned owing to dangerous pitch conditions, then all undecided Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
  3. In the case of 'Limited Overs' cricket of any kind:
    1. If the match finishes in a 'Tie', all Customer bets on either team to win will be resulted in accordance with the 'Dead Heat' Rule and the Customers will receive an amount equal to half of the face value of their bet ticket except where there exists an applicable tie-breaker method (e.g. 'Most Boundaries' or a 'Super-Over', 'Bowl-Off' or other similar method), in which event all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the outcome of the tie-breaker. For the avoidance of doubt, all cricket exotics markets will be resulted prior to the conduct of any tie-breaker.
    2. If the match is declared a 'no-result', all Customer bets on the event shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
    3. If a 'reserve day' is utilised and no play has been completed prior to the 'reserve day', all Customer bets will stand provided that the match is commenced within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time.
    4. If a 'reserve day' is utilised and some play has been completed prior to the 'reserve day', all Customer bets will stand provided that: If the above conditions are not met (including if the match is wholly restarted on a new day or if the match is shortened when it recommences on the 'reserve day'), all Customer bets shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
      • The match is re-commenced within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time; and
      • The match re-commences at the exact point at which it was suspended and is played under the same conditions with respect to number of overs to be bowled.
  4. Bets on Domestic First Class matches (4 or 5 day matches) will be paid on most points by team.
  5. Special Cricket Betting Rules: Set out hereunder are the 'Special Cricket Betting' Rules. References within a cricket market to a specific rule are references to a Special Cricket Betting Rule contained within this section. Where a 'Special Cricket Betting' Rule applies, it shall supercede any other applicable rule to the extent of any inconsistency.
    1. Special Cricket Betting Rule 1
      1. If a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) if: For the avoidance of doubt:
        1. If the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the interruption of play/shortening of the match, and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then those Customer bets will be resulted accordingly.
        2. If the innings is shortened by less than the above periods then all affected Customer bets shall stand.
        3. The innings is shortened by two (2) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for more than twenty (20) overs.
        4. The innings is shortened by one (1) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for twenty (20) overs or less; or
    2. Special Cricket Betting Rule 2
      1. If a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) if: For the avoidance of doubt:
        1. The match is shortened by four (4) overs or more in a match originally scheduled for two (2) innings of twenty (20) overs or less; or
        2. The match is shortened by twenty (20) overs or more in a match originally scheduled for two (2) innings of more than twenty (20) overs.
      2. If the innings is shortened by less than the above periods then all affected Customer bets shall stand.
      3. If the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the interruption of play/shortening of the match, and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then those Customer bets will be resulted accordingly.
    3. Special Cricket Betting Rule 3
      1. In all 'Stat Leader' and other markets where Special Cricket Betting Rule 3 applies:
        1. If a player is in the Starting XI, all Customer bets on that player will stand irrespective of whether that player faces or delivers a ball.
        2. In the event that two or more players finish in a tie in the relevant market, the 'Dead Heat' Rule shall apply.
        3. In the case of 'Limited Overs' cricket, if less than fifty percent (50%) of the originally scheduled number of overs have been bowled then all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) except where a runs target has been reached or where a team has been bowled out.
        4. In the event that no wicket is taken in an innings, then all Customer bets on a 'Most Wickets' market for that innings shall be void and the amount of those bets refunded to the Customer.
    4. Special Cricket Betting Rule 4
      1. If the nominated team does not face the full complement of the originally scheduled number of overs, then all Customer bets on that team shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) except where the outcome has already been reached prior to the shortening of the innings/match.
    5. Special Cricket Betting Rule 5 
      1. If a match is shortened owing to the intervention of rain (or by reason of any other form of delay) at any time after the successful placement of a bet, all Customer bets shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) if:
      2. The innings is shortened by two (2) overs or more in an innings originally scheduled for twenty (20) overs or less; or
      3. The innings is shortened by ten (10) over or more in an innings originally scheduled for more than twenty (20) overs.
      4. For the avoidance of doubt:
        1. If the innings is shortened by less than the above periods then all affected Customer bets shall stand.
        2. If the outcome of any Customer bets is already decided prior to the interruption of play/shortening of the match, and no further play could possibly change the outcome of said bets, then those Customer bets will be resulted accordingly.
    6. Special Cricket Betting Rule 6
      1. If the nominated team does not face the full complement of the originally scheduled number of overs, then all Customer bets on that team shall be voided (and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer) except where the outcome has already been reached prior to the shortening of the innings.
Cycling
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest.
  2. For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time which is twenty-four (24) hours after the completion of an event will be deemed the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport's controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests or doping violations.
  3. Any rider that crosses the starting line is deemed to have taken part in the event.
  4. Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright winner' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection retires, withdraws or is disqualified during the course of a tournament or track meet, or is otherwise a non-starter.
  5. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
    1. All competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
    2. If any of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fails to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
  6. In the case of 'Team Matchup' markets, all nominated riders of each team must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
  7. Any competitor that is disqualified from an event after the commencement of that event due to an infringement such as, for example, a false start or doping violation, will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
Darts
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the by the tournament organiser.
  2. If less than three (3) legs of a match are completed:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Esports
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the broadcaster, event organiser or game publisher responsible for administering the event or tournament of which the match forms part.
  2. If a match is postponed to a date which is within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  3. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than forty-eight (48) hours after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  4. A match is deemed to have started upon the earlier of:
    1. The starting of the 'in-game clock'; and
    2. The occurrence of any action that influences gameplay (e.g. picks, bans, weapon purchases and other similar actions).
  5. For the avoidance of doubt, the finishing order as at the time that Customer bets are settled is the final result. This result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is overturned or amended by the changed by the broadcaster, event organiser or game publisher responsible for administering the event or tournament of which the match forms part.
  6. In the case of 'Series' betting such as 'Best of 3' or 'Best of 5' markets, if one (1) or more of the matches/maps are not played due to an unconditional outcome then all Customer bets in respect of the specific match/map that is not played shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
  7. In the case of 'Best of 1' markets, if the match finishes in a draw:
    1. The 'Dead Heat' Rule will apply in respect of all Customer bets on 'Head-to-Head' markets; and
    2. All other markets will be paid according to the standard rules.
  8. If a team's roster is changed prior to the start of an event, all Customer bets on that team will stand provided that the team retains the full complement of players.
  9. If a player withdraws prior to the start of a match:
    1. All single Customer bets on the relevant player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Golf
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results officially declared by the tournament organiser.
  2. If a player does not tee-off in a given tournament:
    1. All single Customer bets on that player shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  3. If a player is not officially awarded a score for a completed round by the tournament organiser, they are deemed to have not completed that round.
  4. If a player is officially awarded a score for a completed round by the tournament organiser, they are deemed to have completed the round regardless of whether they have subsequently been disqualified by the tournament organiser or have otherwise retired or withdrawn.
  5. In the case of 'Each-Way' and other 'non-winner' markets (e.g. 'Top 5' or 'Top 10' markets):
    1. Customer bets will not be resulted until after the officially designated number of regulation holes have been completed by all players (except for those players that have retired or otherwise been officially withdrawn or disqualified).
    2. The 'Dead Heat' Rule will apply for players that are tied for the bottom position. For instance, if six (6) players are tied for the lead after the completion of all regulation holes, Customers who have had a bet in a 'Top 5' market will be paid 5/6ths of the face-value of their ticket.
  6. In the event that a tournament is shortened for any reason whatsoever, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the standard Rule regardless of the number of rounds ultimately played, except for any Customer bets after the placement of which there is no further play. Any such bets will:
    1. Be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  7. If a tournament is postponed to, or suspended or temporarily abandoned but nevertheless completed by, a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time or the time at which the tournament commenced (as the case may be), all Customer bets on that tournament shall stand.
  8. If a tournament is postponed to, or suspended or temporarily abandoned and not completed by, a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time or the time at which the tournament commenced (as the case may be), the tournament will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the tournament shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  9. In the case of 'Tournament-based Head-to-Head' or 'Group' markets:
    1. If any of the players within the match-up or group fail to complete at least thirty-six (36) holes, all Customer bets on the market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. Play-off holes/rounds are not taken into account when resulting the event.
  10. In the case of 'Round-based Match-Up/Head-to-Head' markets, if any of the players in the market fail to complete eighteen (18) holes, all Customer bets on the market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
  11. In the case of 'Round-based Group' markets, if any of the players in the market fail to complete eighteen (18) holes:
    1. The winner will be the player within the given market that completes the most holes; or
    2. If all players within the given market have completed the same number of holes, the winner will be the player (among those that have completed the greatest number of holes) that has the lowest score.
  12. In the case of 'Round Leader' markets (i.e. betting on a certain player to lead at the end of a Round), the Round must be wholly completed in order for Customer bets to stand. For clarity, a Round is wholly completed when all players who started the Round have completed eighteen (18) holes or have been officially withdrawn or disqualified from tournament.
  13. In the case of 'Make/Miss the Cut' markets:
    1. If a player fails to complete at least thirty-six (36) holes, all Customer bets on that player will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
    2. A player is deemed to have made the 'Cut' if the player is eligible to play in the round after the 'Cut' is made even if that player chooses not to continue playing for whatever reason.
Football (Soccer)
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the relevant sport's controlling body at the conclusion of 'normal time', which shall include any injury/stoppage time added by the referee but expressly excludes any overtime periods or penalty shootout unless otherwise stated in these Rules.
  2. In the case of 'Tournament Winner', 'To Progress to Next Round', and other similar markets, the winner will be determined based on the result at the conclusion of a match or series or matches including any overtime periods or penalty shootouts.
  3. In the case of 'Goalscorer' markets, including, without limitation, 'First Goalscorer', 'Last Goalscorer', 'Anytime Goalscorer':
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sport's controlling body.
    2. If a given match finishes scoreless, all Customer bets on a 'Goalscorer' market will be deemed losing bets.
    3. In the event that an 'own-goal' is scored:
      • The 'own-goal' will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any 'Goalscorer' bets.
      • If the first goal scored in a match is a 'own-goal', the player that scores the second goal of the match will be deemed the first goalscorer for the purposes of a 'First Goalscorer' market.
      • If the last goal scored in a match is a 'own-goal', the player that scores the second to last goal of the match will be deemed the last goalscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Goalscorer' market.
      • If the only goal or goals scored in a match are 'own-goals', then all Customer bets on a 'Goalscorer' market will be deemed losing bets.
  4. In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sport's controlling body.
    2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that does not take the field in the relevant match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer, and the payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  5. If a match does not run for two halves of forty-five (45) minutes (plus any incidental injury/stoppage time added by the referee) and there is no express reference to an alternative playing time in the event betting rule:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  6. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within forty-eight (48) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  7. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than forty-eight (48) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Gridiron
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sport's controlling body at the conclusion of the match (including any overtime periods).
  2. In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
  3. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  4. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Handball
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sport's controlling body at the conclusion of the match (excluding any overtime periods).
  2. In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
  3. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  4. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Ice Hockey
  1. In the case of matches in the American National Hockey League (NHL):
    1. All Customer bets will, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Rules be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the NHL at the conclusion of the match (including any overtime periods and/or penalty shootouts); and
    2. In the event that a penalty shootout takes place, only one (1) goal will be awarded to the team that wins the shootout regardless of the number of penalties actually converted by either team.
  2. Notwithstanding anything else contained in the Rules, all Customer bets placed in a 'Regulation Winner' or '3rd Period' market will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time.
  3. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  4. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the decision handed down by the officially designated judges for the relevant bout.
  2. If a bout is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that bout shall stand.
  3. If a bout is postponed to a date which is more than fourteen (14) days after the originally scheduled start time, the bout will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  4. In the case of a market for which a dividend is offered for the 'Draw', all Customer bets on either fighter to win the bout will be losing bets if the bout is declared to be a draw, except where the fight is declared a 'technical draw' (e.g. where the referee has determined that a fighter is unable to continue owing to an accidental injury, cut or foul) in which event the bout will be declared a 'no-contest' and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  5. In the case of 'Pick-the-Round' betting, if a fighter fails to answer the bell, the fight will be deemed to have ended during in the previous round.
  6. If the scheduled number of rounds is changed after the market for a fight is opened for betting:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  7. If a round is stopped prior to the official sounding of the bell signifying the end of that round, the round will not be deemed a 'full round' for the purposes of any betting market.
  8. In the case of a 'Totals' (i.e. Over/Under)' markets:
    1. The 'Totals' threshold figure represents the number of completed rounds.
    2. Where there is a fractional 'Totals' threshold figure (eg. "Over/Under 4.5 Rounds"):
      • The half-way point of a three (3) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute and thirty (30) seconds of that round has elapsed; and
      • The half-way point of a two (2) minute round is when exactly one (1) minute of that round has elapsed.
  9. In the case of 'Decision (no-bets)' markets, if the fight does not go the full distance or is decided by any means other than 'knock-out', 'technical knock-out', 'disqualification', or 'submission' then:
    1. All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Motor Racing
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation. For the avoidance of doubt, this result will not be subsequently amended for any reason whatsoever including, without limitation, if the official result is changed by the sport's controlling body as a result of, for instance, subsequent protests and/or technical violations.
  2. Except in the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, all 'outright' markets are conducted on an 'all-in' basis. In such markets, no refunds will be given in the event that your selection is a non-starter or otherwise retires, withdraws, or is disqualified prior to or during the course of a race weekend.
  3. Any driver/rider that crosses the starting line is deemed to have taken part in the event.
  4. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets:
    1. All competitors involved in the market must take part in the event in order for bets to stand.
    2. If any of the competitors in a 'Head-to-Head' market fails to take part in the relevant event, all Customer bets in that market will be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer.
  5. In the case of betting on 'Pole Position' markets:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of:
      • The finishing order in the third qualifying session (i.e. 'Q3'); or
      • If 'Q3' is not completed, then the finishing order of the second qualifying session (i.e. 'Q2'); or
      • If 'Q2' and 'Q3' are not completed, then the finishing order of the first qualifying session (i.e. 'Q1').
    2. In the event that no qualifying sessions are completed:
      • All single Customer bets on the bout shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
      • The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
  6. In the case of 'Driver/Rider Retirement' markets:
    1. In order for a driver/rider to be deemed to have 'retired' from a race, they must have crossed the start-finish line on the first lap of the race; and
    2. In the event that multiple drivers/riders retire on the same lap of a race, the 'Dead Heat' Rule shall apply.
  7. 'Virtual Safety Cars' are not considered safety cars for the purposes of betting on 'Safety Car' markets.
Netball
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sport's controlling body in which the result will include any overtime played unless otherwise expressly stated.
  2. In order for Customer bets to stand, the match on which a given bet was placed must run to the completion of the designated normal time period.
  3. All 'Margin' and 'Half-Time/Full-Time Doubles' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any overtime periods will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
  4. In the case of 'Head-to-Head' markets, the 'Dead Heat' Rule will apply if the match finishes in a 'Draw'.
  5. If a match is transferred from one location to another prior to the commencement of play, or postponed to a date which is within twenty-four (24) hours of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  6. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than twenty-four (24) hours after the originally scheduled start time (including where that match had commenced and was abandoned or suspended for any reason whatsoever), the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Olympics
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest. No doping cases will be considered and as such, the result available twenty-four (24) hours after the event will be deemed binding regardless of further protests or changes to the official result later declared by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
  2. Betting on the winner of an event is offered on an 'all-in' basis. No refunds will be given for non-starters or for competitors who retire or are disqualified mid-meet.
  3. A participant that is disqualified due to an infringement (e.g. False Start) will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
Rugby League
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final results officially declared on the official website of the relevant sport's controlling body.
  2. In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sport's controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time' unless otherwise stated in these Rules.
  3. In the case of any 'Head-to-Head' market that does not contain an option to bet on a 'Draw' (or equivalent), the 'Dead Heat' Rule shall apply in the event of a draw after any extra time.
  4. All 'Margin', 'Half-Time/Full-Time Double', 'Normal Time', and 'Second Half' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any 'extra-time' will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
  5. In the case of 'Tryscorer' markets:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
    2. In the event that a 'penalty-try' is awarded and no player is credited with scoring the 'penalty-try' on the official website of the sports controlling body, then this try will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any Player 'Tryscorer' bets.
  6. In the case of Premiership and related markets:
    1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
    2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
  7. In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
    1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
    2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the For and Against Percentage as declared by sports controlling body.
  8. In the case of a 'Halfway Leader' market:
    1. The winner will be the team that is leading the competition prior to the commencement of the first match of the first round after the halfway point of the season unless a specific round is nominated as being the half-way point of the season, in which event the winner will be the team that is leading the competition prior to the commencement of the first match of the specified round.
    2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the Total Points For and Against as declared by sports controlling body, and the team with the highest differential will be deemed the winner.
  9. In the case of 'Top NSW Team', 'Top Non-NSW Team', or other similar markets:
    1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season unless one or more of the teams in the relevant market qualify for the finals series or playoffs, in which event the winner shall be the team that progresses furthest in said finals series or playoffs or wins the Grand Final.
    2. In the event that multiple teams are eliminated at the same stage of the finals series or playoffs, the 'Dead Heat' Rule shall apply.
  10. In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sport's controlling body.
    2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
  11. If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  12. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than seven (7) days after the originally scheduled start time, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Rugby Union
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final results officially declared on the official website of the relevant sport's controlling body.
  2. In the case of matches where 'extra-time' is played in the event of a tie at the conclusion of 'normal' time, all Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sports controlling body after the conclusion of 'extra-time' unless otherwise stated in these Rules.
  3. In the case of any 'Head-to-Head' market that does not contain an option to bet on a 'Draw' (or equivalent), the 'Dead Heat Rule' shall apply in the event of a draw.
  4. All 'Margin', 'Half-Time/Full-Time Double', 'Normal Time', and 'Second Half' markets will be resulted on the basis of the score at the conclusion of 'normal' time. Any 'extra-time' will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting these markets.
  5. In the case of 'Tryscorer' markets:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the players and times recorded on the official website of the sports controlling body.
    2. In the event that a 'penalty-try' is awarded:
      • If no player is credited with scoring the 'penalty-try' on the official website of the sports controlling body, then this try will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any player 'Tryscorer' bets.
      • If the first try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second try of the match will be deemed the first tryscorer for the purposes of a 'First Tryscorer' market.
      • If the last try scored in a match is a 'penalty-try', the player that scores the second to last try of the match will be deemed the last tryscorer for the purposes of a 'Last Tryscorer' market.
      • If seven (7) points are awarded to the team that scored the 'penalty-try' (without their being required to make their conversion attempt), then the relevant 'penalty-try' will be disregarded for the purposes of resulting any 'Try Conversion' market. In such a scenario, the outcome of any 'Try Conversion' market will be determined on the basis of the outcome of the next 5-point try in the match where a conversion is attempted.
  6. In the case of Premiership and related markets:
    1. Any Grand Final or other replays that are required will be included for the purpose of resulting the event.
    2. Markets will be suspended in the event of the two Grand Finalists being decided.
  7. In the case of betting on the 'Six Nations' tournament:
    1. The 'Grand Slam' refers to one team defeating all other teams in the competition.
    2. The 'Triple Crown' refers to one of England, Scotland, Ireland or Wales defeating all three other teams in the competition.
    3. For the purposes of betting on either the 'Grand Slam' or the 'Triple Crown', draws are not considered victories.
  8. In the case of 'Most Wins', 'Most Losses', 'Most Competition Points' markets or other similar markets:
    1. Any points deductions, disqualifications or exclusions owing to a breach of competition rules and/or regulations will not be taken into account for the purposes of resulting the event.
    2. If two (2) or more teams are locked in a tie, the tie will be broken by reference to the For and Against Percentage as declared by sports controlling body.
  9. In the case of 'Top Australian Team', 'Top New Zealand Team', or other similar markets:
    1. The winner shall be team that finished highest on the competition ladder at the conclusion of the home-and-away season unless one or more of the teams in the relevant market qualify for the finals series or playoffs, in which event the winner shall be the team that progresses furthest in said finals series or playoffs or wins the Grand Final.
    2. In the event that multiple teams are eliminated at the same stage of the finals series or playoffs, the 'Dead Heat' Rule shall apply.
  10. In the case of 'Player' markets and markets based on player or match statistics:
    1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the results and statistics published on the website of the relevant sport's controlling body.
    2. Any Customer bets that are placed on a player that is not in the roster of players that take part in the relevant match shall be declared 'no-bets' and refunded in full. For clarity, players that are on the roster but are left on the interchange bench and do not take the field are nevertheless deemed to have taken part in the relevant match.
  11. If a match is transferred from one location to another, or postponed to a date which is within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time, all Customer bets on that match shall stand.
  12. If a match is postponed to a date which is more than seven (7) days after the originally scheduled start time, or a match is commenced within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled start time but is permanently suspended prior to the end of the first-half, the match will be deemed to have been abandoned and:
    1. All single Customer bets on the match shall be voided and the amount of those bets shall be refunded to the Customer; and
    2. The payout in respect of any affected 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg' bets will be recalculated to take account of any voided leg or legs of that 'Multi-Leg' or 'Same Game Multi-Leg'.
Snooker
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final scores officially declared by the sport's controlling body or tournament organiser officiating the match.
  2. In order for Customer bets to stand, both players must start the match on which a given bet was placed and the match must run to completion.
Surfing
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the interim and final results officially declared on the official website of the relevant sport's controlling body, or as declared by the by the tournament organiser.
  2. All bets stand regardless of the length of any delay or change of venue.
  3. All outright markets are based on an 'all-in' basis. No refunds will be given for non-starters.
  4. For 'each-way' betting the 'Dead Heat' Rules shall applies for surfers knocked out in the semi-final stage.
  5. For 'Heat' betting, all surfers in that heat must enter the water for bets to stand.
Swimming
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation except in the event of an official protest being lodged and upheld within twenty-four (24) hours of the completion of an event in which case bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order declared by the arbiter of the protest. No doping cases will be considered and as such, the result available twenty-four (24) hours after the event will be deemed binding regardless of further protests or changes to the official result.
  2. Betting on the winner of an event is offered on an 'all-in' basis. No refunds will be given for non-starters or for competitors who retire or are disqualified mid-meet.
  3. A participant that is disqualified due to an infringement (e.g. False Start) will be deemed to have taken part in the event.
Table Tennis
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sport's controlling body at the conclusion of the match.
  2. If a player withdraws or is disqualified after the first set has been completed, the player progressing to the next round or who is awarded the match by the umpire will be considered the winner and all 'Head-to-Head' wagers will be paid as such. If the first set has not been completed, all match bets will be void.
  3. If a match does not run to conclusion, any markets (except for match betting) that are not unconditionally determined will be void.
  4. For any wager on 'Handicap' or 'Total Games', the match must run to conclusion or bets will be void, except if the result of either option is already determined.
Tennis
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the final score officially declared by the relevant sport's controlling body at the conclusion of the match.
  2. A match is deemed to have started with the first serve of the match. Tennis outright bets are accepted 'all-in' and if a player withdraws before or during a tournament the bet stands.
  3. In the event of a match not taking place or if a player is given a walk over, bets on this match are void.
    In the event of a change in the number of sets to be played, match bets, first set market bets will stand, all other markets will be void.
  4. If a player or doubles team withdraws or is disqualified or fails to complete a matchafter it has commenced, all declared event bets not already determined when the match is terminated are deemed void and are to be refunded.
  5. If a match does not run to conclusion, any markets that are not unconditionally determined will be void.
  6. For any wager on handicap or total games, the match must run to conclusion or bets will be void, except if the result of either option is already determined.
  7. All bets on the 'Set Betting' market are void if the match does not run to completion. Except if there is no possible chance of the bet being successful (i.e. Back player X to win 2-0 and already lost first set prior to retiring).
  8. 1st Set Score and 1st Set Winner bets are finalised upon completion of the first set regardless if the remainder of the match runs to completion. For the avoidance of doubt, it is possible for a player to lose the match but cover a minus handicap (i.e. Player A is -1.5 - if they lose the match 6/7, 6/0, 6/7 they will still cover the minus handicap).
  9. If a player retires and no tie break already played, then the market is void. If a tie break has already been played, the market is paid as yes.
  10. If a retirement occurs before the completion of the 2nd set in a best of three (3) set match, or before the completion of the 4th set in a best of five (5) set match, bets on the 'Number of Sets' market are void. If a retirement occurs after the completion of the second set in a best of three (3) set match, the 'Number of Sets' market will be resulted as a three (3) set match. If a retirement occurs after the completion of the fourth set in a best of five (5) set match, the 'Number of Sets' market will be resulted as a five (5) set match.
Volleyball
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the result officially declared by the sport's controlling body.
  2. A match must run to completion for bets to stand.
  3. Any points tallied during the so called 'Golden Set' (i.e. the 6th Set) will not count for settlement of that particular match.
Yacht Racing
  1. All Customer bets will be resulted on the basis of the finishing order as per the podium presentation. BBET does not recognise overturned decisions for betting purposes (e.g. Post-podium protest or disqualification).
  2. Outright markets (including 'Handicap' betting) are conducted on an 'all-in' basis
