Deposits

How do I make a deposit?

 

You can make deposits into your Customer Account using the following methods:

  • Credit/debit card, immediately credited to your Customer Account;
  • POLi, immediately credited to your Customer Account;
  • EFT, can take up to 72 hours to be credited to your Customer Account;
  • BPAY, can take up to five (5) business days to be credited to your Customer Account;

All deposits are subject to turnover requirements.

BBET does not accept ATM deposits.

My EFT deposit is missing

 

EFT deposits are not processed immediately as the EFT funds needs to be received and identified before it can be credited to your Customer Account. 

Once you have made your EFT deposit, please email the Banking team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Date and time of transaction;
  • Amount of transaction;
  • Reference used for transaction; and
  • Any applicable promotional codes.

Once this information is received the Banking team will locate your EFT deposit and add the funds to your Customer Account. This process may take up to 72 hours.

My POLi deposit is missing

 

POLi deposits should be immediately credited to your Customer Account. 

If this has not occured, please email the Banking team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Date and time of transaction; and
  • Amount of transaction.

Once this information is received the Banking team will locate your POLi deposit and add the funds to your Customer Account. This process may take up to 72 hours. 

My BPAY deposit is missing

 

BPAY deposits are not processed immediately as the BPAY funds needs to be received and identified before they can be credited to your Customer Account.

Once you have made your BPAY deposit, please email the Banking team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Date and time of transaction;
  • Amount of transaction;
  • Reference used for transaction; and
  • Any applicable promotional codes.

Once this information is received the Banking team will locate your BPAY deposit and add the funds to your Customer Account. This process may take up to five (5) business days.

 

Withdrawals

Why can't I withdraw from my account?

 

You will not be able to make a withdrawal from your account if:

  • Your Customer Account has not been verified;
  • The credit/debit card used for your recent deposit has not been verified;
  • You have not met the turnover requirements associated with your deposit that received Bonus Credits;
  • You have not met the turnover requirements associated with your deposit. BBET requires all deposits to be turned over before a withdrawal can me made. This is in line with the AML/CTF Act 2006.
Why haven't I received my withdrawal?

 

Withdrawal request cut off time is midnight (AEST), and any withdrawal requests are batch sent to the bank for processing the following business day.

Requests made on a weekend or Public Holiday are processed the next business day. 

How long it the withdrawal processing time?

 

Withdrawal request cut off time is midnight (AEST), and any withdrawal requests are batch sent to the bank for processing the following business day morning. Then requests on a business day from Midnight to 3pm are batched and paid at 4pm AEST. Requests made on a weekend or Public Holiday are processed the next business day. 

My withdrawal is missing

 

Once your withdrawal has been processed by the Banking team it can take up to 48 hours to reach your bank account depending on your bank's processing time. 

If you have not received your withdrawal after this time, then most commonly the wrong bank details have been entered when the request was made. 

You will now need to provide the correct bank details in an email to the Banking team at [email protected], the Banking team will then re-process the withdrawal once the funds have been recovered. 

 

Verification

How do I verify my account?

 

If you are unable to verify your Customer Account with the Green ID link, please send in all three (3) ID Points in a single email to the Customer Support team at [email protected].

  • A clear image of your current Australian Drivers Licence, Proof of Age card or Passport;
  • A copy of a utility bill or bank statement, no more than three (3) months old confirming your registered address; and
  • A clear image of the front of your credit/debit card (if used for deposit), showing the first six (6) and last four (4) digits, name and expiry dates.

 

Account Information

How do I recover my password?

 

If you have forgotten your password, you can simply click the 'Help' button on the 'Login' section of the BBET Platform. You will then be required to complete the ID information to recover your password. 

How do I recover my User ID?

 

If you have forgotten your User ID, you can simply click the 'Help' button on the 'Login' section of the BBET Platform. You will then be required to complete the ID information to recover your User ID. 

Why can't I login to my account?

 

The following reasons may be preventing you from logging into your Customer Account: 

  • You have not verified your account. Accounts not verified within fourteen (14) days may be blocked. Your account will remain blocked until your account is verified;
  • You have taken a 'short' or 'long break'. BBET promotes responsible gambling and offers Customers the option to take a 'short' or 'long break'. You will not be able to login to your Customer Account while you are on a 'break';
  • You have 'permanently self-excluded'. BBET promotes responsible gambling and offers Customers the option to take a 'permanently self-exclude' (PSE). PSE is s not reversible, and you are not permitted to open another account with BBET.

Can I change my password and other personal information? 

 

Changes to your personal information can be made when you are logged into your Customer Account. Personal information can be viewed and changed in the 'Profile' tab of the 'My Account' section.

 

Closing My Account

How do I close my account?

 

You can close/deactivate your Customer Account by requesting a withdrawal for all your withdrawable funds. Your account will be reactivated upon login and you will still receive promotional material unless you unsubscribe email and request to be removed from the marketing list.

If you are looking to take a break or permanently self-exclude you can action this in the 'Responsible Gambling' tab under 'My Account' in the on your account immediately by either:

  • Taking a short or long break: Go to 'My Account' then select 'Take a Break' under the 'Responsible 'Gambling' tab; 
  • Permanently self-excluding: Go to 'My Account' then select 'Self-Exclusion' under the 'Responsible Gambling' tab. Permanent self-exclusion is permanent and not reversible, you will not be able to reactive your account if you choose to self-exclude.

What hours do you operate? 

 

BBET provides Customers with a 24 hour, seven (7) day a week service via our website and mobile application.

Where are you located? 

 

NSW law requires that we accept bets on a licensed racecourse only. BBET's office is located at Canterbury Park racecourse in Sydney.

 

Betting

What happens if one of the horses I backed is scratched? 

 

If you have backed a runner for a Win or Place prior to the final acceptance time, your bet is lost.

If the bet was placed after final acceptance time your bet will be refunded. Deductions may be applied to remaining live bets.

If you have backed a scratching in a double, your money is lost if the bet was placed prior to both legs being at final acceptance stage.

If the bet was placed after both legs were at final acceptance stage then your stake will be wagered on the remaining live leg. Deductions may be applied to remaining live doubles.

What racing bet types to you offer? 

 

BBET offers a range of racing wagering products including: 

  • Fixed Odds
  • Best Tote
  • Middle Tote

BBET also offers a range of exotics including: 

  • Quinella: Two runners are selected to place first and second in any order.
  • Exacta: Two runners are selected to place first and second in the correct order.
  • Trifecta: Three runners are selected to place first, second and third in the correct order.
  • First Four: Four runners are selected to place first, second, third and fourth in the correct order.
  • Quaddie: The winners are selected in four consecutive races listed on the Quaddie Race card.
How do I place a Quaddie?

 

To place a Quaddie (Quarella), follow the below steps:

  • Click on the venue that you wish to place your Quaddie
  • Click on the Quadrella tab. This first leg will be displayed
  • Tick your selections for the first leg
  • Click Leg 2 on the left-hand side to make your selection for the second leg
  • Repeat for Legs 3 and 4
  • Type in your Unit Stake or Total Bet amount and select Add to Betslip
  • You can then submit your bet
What Sports can I bet on?

Bonus Credits

How long are Bonus Credits valid?

 

Bonus Credits are valid for seven (7) days from issue and/or redemption. Bonus Credits are automatically deducted from your Customer Account once they have expired. 

How do I redeem my Bonus Credits if I have recieved an offer?

 

To redeem Bonus Credits, enter the 'Bonus Code' in the box provided once you have clicked on the link above your Bonus balance in the balance menu. Once you submit the code and follow any steps that may relate to the specific Bonus, the Bonus Credits will be credited to your account. Please check the Terms & Conditions relating to Bonus Credits before redeeming a Bonus Credit offer. 

How do I use my Bonus Credit? 

 

Bonus Credits can be used on Australian Racing singles only. The max bet is $250.00.

To use Bonus Credits, follow the below steps: 

  • Click on the price of the runner or team and this will bring up a betslip 
  • You will then enter the amount you wish to place on the bet in the 'Stake' box
  • To the right of the 'Stake' box is the 'Bonus Bet' button. Click this to switch from your money to Bonus Credits
  • The box will change to orange to indicate that Bonus Credits are being used.

Is my money safe with Bbet? 

 

Yes, your money is safe with BBET. 

BBET is licensed by Racing NSW, and member of the NSW Bookmaker's Co-Operative which is an association that guarantees payment of all winning bets placed with their members. 

In accordance with the Bookmaker Sports Betting Rules contained in the Racing Administration Act (NSW) 1998, BBET properly records all betting transactions.
